Welcome to Joenise Restaurant. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.

1. Services

Joenise Restaurant provides authentic Haitian cuisine dining, takeaway, and catering services. We strive to ensure that all descriptions and prices shown on the website are accurate; however, errors may occur.

2. Reservations

Table reservations can be made through our online system. We hold tables for a maximum of 15 minutes past the reservation time. Please notify us if you are running late.

3. Catering Orders

• Catering requests should be made at least 48 hours in advance for small events and 7 days for large events.
• A deposit may be required to confirm large catering orders.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event may be subject to a cancellation fee.

4. Payment

We accept cash and major credit/debit cards at the restaurant. For online orders, payments are processed through our secure third-party partners.

5. Limitation of Liability

Joenise Restaurant will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Indonesia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bali.
