Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for dining with Joenise Restaurant. We strive to provide the best Haitian cuisine experience in Bali. Because we serve perishable food items, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Meal Quality Issues

If there is an issue with the quality of your food (e.g., incorrect order, undercooked, or missing items), please notify our staff immediately while you are at the restaurant or within 1 hour of receiving your delivery. We will gladly:

  • Replace the item at no extra cost, or
  • Provide a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

2. Catering Cancellations

For catering services, refunds for cancellations are processed as follows:

  • Cancellations 7+ days before event: Full refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations 3-6 days before event: 50% refund of deposit.
  • Cancellations less than 48 hours before event: No refund can be provided as ingredients and labor have already been allocated.

3. Table Reservation Deposits

In cases where a deposit is required for large group reservations, the deposit is non-refundable if the party fails to show up or cancels less than 24 hours in advance.

4. Processing Refunds

Refunds for card payments will be processed back to the original payment method and may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
